Return Policy

Defective product: Return of unused product will be accepted 8 days after customer receipt of product. Customer is responsible for shipping the defective product to Kahala Organics. When the product is validated and is found by us to be defective, we will exchange the defective product with the like product and reimburse the customer for the initial shipping cost. Shipping of the new product to the customer will be paid for by Kahala Organics, whichever applies. Please notify us via email or in writing immediately if this occurs and we will advise you as to how to proceed.
If you are not satisfied with the product, returns will be accepted 8 days after customer receipt of product. All products will undergo a validation process before a refund can be approved. A refund will be issued after we receive and validate the product. The refund amount will be credited to the account with which the purchase was originally made. Kahala Organics will not pay for any shipping costs in this instance.

The above return policies apply to the USA and Japan only.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns from other countries.
Please note: Only products purchased in Kahala Organics. online may be returned for refund or exchange. Retail purchases must be returned to the place of purchase.
